The Montessori School is hosting its 13th Annual Golf Outing and Auction on Monday, June 2, 2014 at The Blue Bell Country Club. Our goal is to raise $32,000. The proceeds of this event will be used to enhance the programs offered by the school. Your partnership in this project, whether large or small, will make a huge difference and help to create a legacy for our school.
We welcome you to join us in playing a Round of Golf. This year, the registration fee includes the following: lunch and dinner, pre-tournament driving range privileges, a round of golf on the Blue Bell Country Club signature course, complimentary refreshment carts at two locations on the course, a one-hour post tournament beer/wine/soda open bar, longest drive and closest to the pin contests, and raffles. Other choices for the day include a “Lunch & Lesson” or Cocktails & Dinner at the club.
NEW THIS YEAR FOR CHILDREN will be a special Child’s Lunch & Lesson from Noon-2:00pm. While you enjoy your lunch, your child will enjoy a kid’s meal (hot dog, bag of chips and drink) plus a one-hour golf lesson. We have arranged a very special price of $30 for each child (maximum two). Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 6 years old to participate.
Additionally, we invite you to join with other sponsors of the tournament or to support TMS by purchasing a tee box sign in your name or someone else’s. - Play a Round of Golf: $250
Enjoy a round of golf on the Arnold Palmer signature course, lunch and dinner, post-golf happy hour, and a chance to win other prizes in raffles and contests. Registration begins at 11:30am and the shotgun start will be at Noon.
- Lunch & Lesson: $60
From noon until 2:00pm, have lunch with us and then take a one-hour golf lesson with one of the Blue Bell Country Club’s golf pros. What a deal!

- Tournament Sponsor: $5,500-$10,000
This is a unique opportunity to sponsor a golf tournament under your company name in support of The Montessori School. For $5,500 you are entitled to invite 12 golfers; for $10,000 you may invite 24 golfers. Both levels of sponsorship include access to all amenities for the day, and your company name will be featured on the event banner.
- Contest Sponsor: $2,000
There will be contests for a hole-in-one, longest drive and closest to the pin. Sponsors can be involved with any of the contests. Cost includes a foursome and all amenities for the day, and company name on designated hole for contest.
- Lunch Sponsor: $1,500
Includes golf for two and all amenities for the day as well as your company’s name on a sign at the luncheon.
- Pro Shop Sponsor: $1,250
Includes golf for two and all amenities for the day as well as your company’s name on a sign at the pro shop.
- Refreshment Cart Sponsor: $750
Two refreshment carts will be located around the course, providing drinks and snacks to all golfers. Your logo and banner will be displayed on the cart. This package includes golf for two, all amenities and special advertising at the event.
- Driving Range Sponsor: $750
Includes golf for two, all amenities for the day as well as your company’s name on the driving range.
- Tee Signs: $200
The tee sign is located at the tee box of your choice. You can indicate what name you would want on your sign!
